Apply to the Planning, Zoning and Adjustment Board

The Cody City Council is still looking for applicants to fill the remainder of a vacant position (through December 31, 2108) on the P&Z Board, due to the recent resignation of P&Z Member Steve Miller.

Below is a brief summary of the board, meeting dates/times and duties.

If you are interested in being considered for this board or are aware of someone who may be interested Please see the attached application that would need to be completed and return by Friday, March 23, 2017 as the Council is planning to hold potential interviews on March 27th Work Session.

The Planning, Zoning and Adjustment Board (P & Z) is made up of seven voting members and one Council liaison member. The P & Z Board meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month at noon in Cody City Council Chambers. The meetings are televised on Channel 16 for the public to view. The P & Z Board listens and makes recommendations to the Governing Body on Planning and Zoning issues such as variances, zone changes, special exemptions, vacations, signs, subdivision development and a variety of other issues.
