Park County Elections Office started accepting absentee ballot requests for the 2020 Primary and General Elections on January 1st of 2020. There is not a permanent list of people who would like Absentee Ballots. You must request absentee ballots every two years.
Qualifications
A registered Park County voter may apply for an absentee ballot. A qualified elector who leaves the state with the intent to make his residence elsewhere may vote by absentee ballot in Wyoming until he has met the residency requirements in his new state of residence.

How to apply
A qualified elector may apply for an absentee ballot in person, in writing, by email or by telephone. Furnish all the information listed on this Request for Absentee Ballot Form. Ballots may be mailed to one address for the Primary and to another address for the General.
When to apply
A registered voter may apply for an absentee ballot at anytime during the calendar year in which the election is held, but not on the day of election. Ballots will be available 40 days before the election.
For your vote to count
Don’t forget to sign the ballot envelope at ‘Signature of Elector’. Return your absentee ballot to the elections office by 7 p.m. Election Night.
