Billboard by Wyoming Rising
A series of billboards with positive messages will be posted in Cody and Powell this year by Wyoming Rising.
Proposal for our summer billboard: Hate is not welcome in Wyoming.
The first board will go up March 1 and promotes the idea that the Wyoming environment and economy are interdependent. Our summer billboard, designed by Stephanie Manuele, will carry a message in support of civility and inclusion.
