Gene Sharp, a Nobel Peace Prize nominee and political theorist is considered the world’s foremost scholar on nonviolent revolution. Sharp’s ideas for change using nonviolent action have inspired and informed peaceful democratic uprisings against dictatorships across the Globe.
An award-winning documentary describing Sharp’s work will be shown Thursday March 9.
