The Bureau of Land Management has proposed a new regulation that would clarify “conservation” of public lands as a “use” on par with grazing and mineral development. The new rule will also apply land health standards to all BLM managed lands. The comment period for this rule ends on 6/20. The link below will allow you to submit formal comments.
