When our military is fighting a war Americans don’t want, ICE is kidnapping our neighbors, and the administration is working overtime to suppress the vote in the midterms, silence isn’t an option. No Kings Day #3 has to be big, loud, and inescapable.
As President Trump escalates his attempts to control everything in the world, it is on us, the people, to show that we will fight to protect one another and our country. If he believes we will allow him to take our freedoms, he is mistaken. We are coming together again on March 28 to remind our leaders that America belongs to the people. Always has, always will.
Saturday March 28, Cody City Park on Sheridan Ave. Gathering at the City Park bandshell on Beck Avenue at 10:30 for instructions and inspiration. Marching to Sheridan Ave at 11. Rally there till 1pm. This is a peaceful family friendly event. No weapons or profanity is allowed. There will be music and dance and an open mic. Bring your signs.
